Psychologist Session
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy can be briefly defined as a psychotherapy school that tries to understand how the individual's current difficulties, internal conflicts, emotional, intellectual, behavioral and relational processes are shaped by their early and past experiences and aims to provide insight to the client in this direction. Depending on the reason for application, the aim is for the client to know and understand himself/herself more closely with the insight gained during the process, develop new coping skills, improve new relational skills and alleviate the difficulties he/she experiences.

An individual may begin the psychotherapy process when they feel they are having difficulty coping with an acute or ongoing challenging life event; they may also seek psychotherapy when they have difficulty coping with the demands of daily life or simply to get to know themselves better, understand themselves, and make sense of their life and themselves.

Bulletin, Training and Seminars for Corporations

It is possible to talk about mental health in every field that human is a part of; business life is one of these fields. Since it is a two-way interaction area that both affects the individual and is affected by the individual, institutions have also started to focus on topics such as mental health, the well-being of the employee and the corporate well-being recently. For this purpose, various articles are written and seminars and trainings are organized in line with the requests and needs of the corporation.
